The Feud, from PBS's American Experience, tells the story of the most famous family conflict in American history: the Hatfield-McCoy feud. But it tells the story beyond that, as well: the story of a developing coal and logging industry which used the sensationalism around the feud to paint a picture of the Appalachian "hillbilly"—and subsequently justify the ongoing dispossession of Appalachian land in the name of profit. 

I join The Feud as a Production Assistant, leading the film's fact-checking process and providing additional support as a researcher and archival manager.
